What is your shipping policy?

Enjoy free, secure, insured shipping for all purchases over $2000.00*! Items are shipped within 2 business days after your order is placed, unless otherwise discussed.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

After an item leaves our shop, we cannot honor requests for change of delivery address or delivery dates. For this reason, please provide any special instructions at the time your order is placed.

*Customer pays expedited shipping if this is required.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING: We encourage customers who shop during the holidays, to please keep in mind that all shipment dates we communicate assume no carrier delays. Naghi's Jewelry cannot be responsible for carrier delays during any season.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day 100% Store Credit Guarantee, less return-shipping costs.

If you've ever had the pleasure to meet Effie Naghi, you already know that Naghi's places great value on our relationships with you. We don't aim to sell you something and then never speak again: we want to share in the joy of your experience around all fine jewelry!

Due to the uniqueness of our pieces, we make every effort to make sure you know exactly what you are buying. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with the item you receive, we will offer you Full Store Credit for the amount you purchased the item at, once it is returned.

  • Returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of delivery date.

  • Please include all paperwork (invoices, certificates, etc.) in your return.

  • Merchandise must be unused, and in the same condition as it was received.

  • Jewelry that has been altered once it leaves our shop, may not be returned.

  • You will be issued your store credit within 24 hours of receipt of the return.

Does your jewelry come with a warranty?

Any piece of fine jewelry should last you a lifetime. However, vintage and antique items have unique qualities that differ from newly manufactured jewelry. We hope you allow us to service your item for as long as you are in possession of it! We offer complimentary* cleaning and stone tightening for the life of the ring, including re-tipping prongs when necessary.

Naghi's Jewelry highly recommends having your jewelry personally insured for physical damage to the center stone, or loss or theft of any gemstones.

*Naghi's Jewelry does not cover shipping costs for repairs.
